What is your main approach to counseling?

I believe in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to help the client first find hope, then gain understanding into the issue, and finally to create a change.  Using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques I focus on the impact of a client's thoughts, and how those thoughts effect the feelings and actions of that person.

How long will treatment last?

Counseling is a very individualized process.  I believe each person has his or her own pace in the healing journey.  The length of treatment will be discussed between the counselor and the client to determine the number of sessions needed to meet the client's goals.

What services do you offer?

I offer individual, couples, and family counseling sessions for children, teens, and adults in a safe, comfortable, and relaxed environment.  I will be offering some specialized groups in the coming months.
